TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All rigging will be done by the approved vendor already chosen and approved. All rigging fees for each lot are posted in the lot description and will be added into the invoice for domestic transportation. Additional charges may apply to prepare for international transportation. Rigging will begin May 2nd. All items must be removed by May 13th.

International buyers/shippers

 All International buyers/shippers will be responsible for their own customs paperwork. Due to liability issues, Aligned Asset Group, and sellers approved riggers or the seller will not be responsible for filling out NAFTA and other customs forms. We will assist in providing you the information we have available for your forms.

Full payment by wire transfer, ACH or credit card must be made within two business days of the auction date. An additional 3.15% will be added to credit card purchases. Nothing will be removed until full payment has been received. There will be an 18 percent buyers’ premium to the sale price and not to the rigging fee.

State sales tax will be charged based on the point of delivery if using a common carrier or third party vendor for transportation. If you do self pick up onsite, that location will be the point of sale and 5.5% WI state sales tax will be charged. Please understand self pick up is not self rigging. Items will be brought to the dock for you for self pickup.

If you are tax exempt, please provide your exemption certificate BEFORE the auction ends, we look up your tax rate and apply to the invoice. IF we receive your exemption after the invoice has tax calculated and emailed out, AAG will add a $25.00 documentation fee to make the requested changes.
